The agency at origin and destination were very professional, hard working, and task oriented. I was very satisfied with the level of care and packaging that was provided at origin and well as with the offloading and placement of my belongings at destination. I chose to not have the destination workers unpack my materials but that is a choice I always prefer. That notwithstanding, the destination team was still committed to care and noted our desires. I am very pleased with this move.
